Health First

Hospice of St. Francis is an independent, nonprofit corporation licensed by the state of Florida. The care center is located in Titusville, Fla., and is certified by Medicare, Medicaid and the Champus health programs. It is also a member of the Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. It has been providing caring services to help the terminally ill patients since 1977. Its services include physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual support and assistance. In addition, the center provides physical and occupational therapies, speech pathology services and dietary consultations. Hospice of St. Francis has a team of registered nurses, home health aides, social workers, bereavement and spiritual counselors and trained volunteers.
