(HCCH) is a non-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing quality health care services to the homeless and medically indigent population of Orlando, Florida. With multiple locations in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, HCCH offers primary medical care, oral health services, behavioral health and substance use disorder counseling, mobile health services, pharmacy services, and a permanent supportive housing program.
