We are a local family owned business, located in Mandarin we serve Duval, St Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. Started in 2013 by Shelly Rich, long time Jacksonville area resident, who knew there was a better solutions to lice removal than the harsh chemicals drug stores sell or the gadgets and gizmos promoted by others. Shelly set out to create a warm friendly atmosphere where clients can relax and feel calm and welcome. Removing lice is not something you want to rush through so she wanted her clients and their children to feel comfortable during the process allow she and her technicians time to get it right the first time. Heads Up, has helped hundreds of Jacksonville families get rid of lice in one treatment and get back to their busy lives with as little time away from school and work as possible.
