Terrible customer service. Employees have terrible attitudes and are very condescending. First time trying Hardee's and won't be back. Food was terrible and stale as well.

I paid $12.77 for a dry chicken sandwich and a 12oz milkshake. The sandwich was terrible.

The burger was great, fries were fresh, and wait was not long during my last visit here. I would probably ask for no condiments next time. It was messy! They also accept coupons which is a bonus.
