Amazing little place!! Very friendly too!! I loved the brown sugar boba milk tea! They sell Ice Cream Factory Ice cream too.

Boba was delicious! I'm from Seattle and have been waiting for a boba shop to open! It was everything I expected and the owners were nice! The banh mi's were also on point!

Best boba tea in town, lots of categories of tea. They have best Vietnamese sandwiches. Friendly service, and really nice ambiance. Love it and Thank you so much. We will be back
