Haleakala Construction Inc

Haleakala Construction is a state-certified underground utility construction firm. Its primary function is installing potable water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage systems, underground fire main systems and conduits. Timothy C. Mitchell is the president of the company and the primary qualifying agent with a certified underground utility contractor license from the Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation. Mitchell also qualifies as an installer of underground fire suppression systems via the Florida State Fire Marshal. Haleakala Construction was established in 1984 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in January of 1987.
