Hair Talks Salon was founded by Sandra Robinson, I first started my business in the garage of my home in 2003, my goal was not to have my customer wait on me to be served i wanted for each client to feel special by have a one on one time with then, opening my store front in 2013 in the Jefferson Square Plaza.
