Gym Like This

Ron Patt, Jenn Allen, and Debbie Schrauth, founded Gym Like This! in June of 2004 with a handful of gymnasts and cheerleaders who had been under the coaching instruction of Ron Patt and Jenn Allen. The mindset was to service Palm Beach County with a highly competitive gymnastics and cheerleading training center under one roof while providing a recreational program designed to be both fun and technically sound! As we searched for a facility that would meet the demands of todays competitive athelete, we rented space from various gyms. On September 1, 2004, we opened our 11, 200 sq. ft. facility with 27 ft. ceiling height, a full 52x42 spring cheer floor and a full 42 x 42 spring gymnastic floor along with a full line of USA Olympic apparatus. Construction set backs of our tumbling pits and offices, due to the hurricanes, did not impede the competitve teams performance. Our Level 4 and 5 USAG competivite teams both brought home the Gold for Gym Like This! and our competitive cheer squad continued to perform at the top of their game in the Junior Novice division. Today, our business has expanded to include recreational gymnastics for ages 9 mos and up, cross training and fitness programs for kids, tumbling and skill progression classes, clinics, birthday parties, and camps as well as Competitive Gymnastics, and Cheerleading. Our focus is and always will be to help your athlete be the best they can be while loving what they do!
