Great beach! We came here to watch the sunrise and it did not disappoint! 'Algiers Beach' has an interesting history, too. We also got sooo many shells in less than an hour. I will definitely return!

I do not understand the hype about this beach. First off it's a wilderness beach. They don't treat for sandflies that immediately tear you up as soon as you get out your car in the parking lot....

They've done a great job getting this place cleaned up post hurricane Ian. I was shocked. Bathrooms are great, beaches replenished, trees cleaned up and QR codes for parking. Still great for shelling.
