If I could give negative stars, there wouldn't be enough of them to express how shitty this service is. And it's not like we have a lot of options in this area- gulf power has a power monopoly...

I have done business with this company for a long time. Of course had no choices. It was a great experience before it was sold to Next Era electric. Customer service is nothing like it used to be....
