History

David Gruskin began representing consumers, families and elder Americans as a legal aid attorney in 1980. In 1980 he went into private practice and formed Gruskin & LaBerge with Suzanne LaBerge in 1989. They have been representing families, consumers and elder Americans in Pinellas County, Florida ever since in the areas of family law, divorce, paternity, consumer law, elder law, will and trusts and probate ever since.

We help people in family matters such as divorce, child custody, support and property division. We represent people in probate matters and disputes, We assist people with wills, trusts, power of attorneys, living wills and advance directives. We also represent consumers who have been ripped off by businesses, are being harassed by debt collectors or have mistakes on their credit reports.
