We offer five sets of tees to match your game and suggest that you avoid the blue and black tees unless your handicap index is 7.0 or less!Built on land once used for citrus farming, Green Valley's original 9 opened in 1966, the second 9 several years later. Because the Clermont area is unusually hilly for Florida, Green Valley features elevation changes unusual for Sunshine State golf. The course serves up some spectacular views, including a panorama of Lake Minneola from no. 6 fairway.In January 2010, GolfVisions Management Inc. took the helm at Green Valley and set about restoring the conditions and ambiance that had made Green Valley such a longstanding favorite for its members and the Lake County golfing public alike.
