DO NOT GO HERE! My 15 year old daughter received sealants- $27.88/ sealant resulting in a patient charge of $111.52 which was not given permission for and yet this business is still sending me...

I wish I could rate them a zero. They charge you for treatments they pretend to do. Deep cleaning is a total scam.
