I continue to go there because of its convenience. Check-in helps, but it's confusing to be asked to 'check-in' ahead of time, and 'check-in' upon arrival. The first step should be called...

Dont bother going in 30 min before close they will refuse service. There were 3 barbers working and it would take 5 min to cut my hair!

Mat is awesome! He really listens to what you want and is very knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed. I got a great hair cut and you can check in online before you go,l to cut down on wait time.
