We started Granpollo Restaurant, because the felt need for a chicken with Venezuela'n flavor, with its characteristics sides, like hallaquitas, palm heart and avocado salad, the Guasacaca (Avocado sauce). We took all our more than 20 years of experience from Venezuela and bring it to Doral!
