Gordon's String Music, a beloved music store in Tallahassee, Florida, has sadly closed its doors after 35 years of serving the community. Founded by musician, educator, and luthier Gordon Scott and his wife Jane, the store was renowned as the home of traditional music in the area.

Although the store is no longer in operation, Gordon and Jane Scott continue to share their musical talents with the community through their old-time band, the Greasy String Band, performing at contra dances in Tallahassee.
