She's a very rude and terrible engraver. Her machines are always broken every time I go went there and the 3 things I had engraved were completely screwed up. Either they were engraved too think...

I had GLG recreate an engraving I had on a flash light. It was a going away present and the light was destroyed recently. They matched the graphics and writing PEFECTLY. Very impressed
