Glades Central Community High School

Glades Central Community High School is a public school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers courses in a wide range of subjects, including criminal justice, English, fine arts, foreign languages, mathematics, physical education, science and social studies. It also offers programs, such as vocational and exceptional student education programs, and English for speakers of other languages. It also has a media center providing books, magazines and newspapers, Internet access and computerized testing facilities. It additionally offers a video and movie library, reading counts and college scholarship and research programs. The school also has various clubs, such as thespians, cheerleading, Future Farmers of America and National Honor Society. Its guidance center provides counseling services and information on financial aid and scholarships. The school s athletics programs include men s baseball, basketball and basketball and cross country, and women s soccer, tennis and track. Glades Central Community High School is a part of Palm Beach County School District, and is located in Belle Glade, Fla.
