If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Horrible experience. $400 Hair product was GARBAGE...fell apart in less than 2 weeks, and management did nothing. Wouldn't refund. The product wasn't labeled...

The staff are super friendly, so many products and varieties offered here. Kaitlynn helped me with wigs and she was so helpful, informative, and personable. Will definitely be returning.
