A Florida native, Dr. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a medical doctorate from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Florida and furthered his training with a fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama, where he has also provided care to various athletic teams.
