I have been a Realtor since 2005 on and around the Clearwater and Pinellas County Beaches. I have sold properties all over Pinellas county ans several over the bridge in Tampa. My true passion is the beach area and over the years, I have assisted many people in finding their dream homes or that perfect investment property. I am a licensed Realtor with Delta Realty International which has been serving clients and their Real Estate needs for over 35 years! Delta Realty was started by James Andreson in 1976 and his son, Dean joined the business in 1986 and remains the current Broker. To this day the values of putting the customer first and working ethically and responsibly are the cornerstones of the success of Delta Realty. Lenders, title companies, CPA's, money managers, property management, movers, cleaners and more. I have been working on the beaches for almost a decade. My experience, knowledge and attention to every detail ensures a greater chance of success for you. negotiation is another of my specialties and perhaps the most important facet of a transaction. I hold the CNE designation of certified negotiation expert and am a subscribing member of the Program of Negotiation with Harvard business school to continue education and skills.
