The “Gaucho” is the South American cowboy and “asado” the traditional method of BBQ using only charcoal and a wood fire grill. These elements are integral in the Argentine, Uruguayan and Brazilian cultures. Inspired by these elements and our passionate spirit, our first restaurant & wine shop provides Miami free range, grass fed meats cooked over our wood fire grill and paired with our curated wines. Gaucho Ranch has been promoting and educating consumers about the benefits of hormone & antibiotic free beef for almost 25 years. We are overjoyed to share this experience with you.
