German roaches everywhere. This place is a health hazard. Mold in ac units. Dirty carpets. Please look elsewhere and save yourself headache / health.

This place is a complete scam. You pay an amenity fee close to $300 on top of already high rent, but there are no real amenities to speak of. The only "features" are a cracked, dirty tennis court...
