Gangchu is a casual dining concept in historic Seminole Heights heavily focusing on chimaek. Pronounced "chi-mek", this is literally the pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer. At Gangchu we serve crispy fried chicken and other Korean street-food inspired options that may be shared by many or simply enjoyed alone. At our full liquor bar, we also offer unique craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
