FlexSol Packaging derives its name from the two-word motto for its company: flexible solutions. The company develops and manufactures flexible packaging. Film and bag products include: low density shrink and non-shrink, linear low density shrink and non-shrink, high density shrink and non-shrink, metallocene shrink and non-shrink, co-extruded and monolayer, cereal liner films, mailer pouch films, flat high density shrink and non-shrink for silicon and synthetic paper coating, banner film, high performance printing and laminating, linear low density shrink and non-shrink can liners, high density shrink and non-shrink can liners, bio-hazardous/infectious waste can liners and food and ice bags. FlexSol's manufacturing sites are strategically located in Pompano Beach, Fla.; Nashville, Tenn.; Chicago; Newark, N.J.; and Statesville, N.C. FlexSol Packaging was formed in 1999 together with its controlling equity partner, Banc of America Capital Investors, to effect the recapitalization of Delta Plastics and Essex Plastics.
