Fresh Off The Flame has officially been a catering company for two years but Chef Eriste has experience has a Chef for over 10years. His passion for food and the love of the industry lead him to start his own Personal Chef & Catering Company. He just currently launched his Fresh Off The Flame Food Truck where Chef Eriste's creations are literally rolling around South Florida.
