I went for a pedicure and it was awful. Walked away with cuts on my feet. Couldn't understand anything the woman was saying.

Went to have new acrylics and she filed old ones down a bit then ripped them off with cuticle cutter. It hurt badly and I'm sure it's bad for nails I'll never go back
