Very hard to get a good workout swim if you work a fulltime job. Open swim is only an hour and starts at 6:30. Teams and kids are usually usung a lot of the lanes. Not very middle class friendly.

Fine pool. Kept cool for workouts. Not really a family / kiddie pool place. Serious lap swimming

Very friendly stuff. Good coaches for kids groups. You will see progress in couple weeks for sure.
