We went in with an emergency on a Sunday and were told we would just have to sit and wait for an appointment. Not pleased with their concern for a pet.

Another Nocatee resident had her dog die and she had the wellness plan. She notified them her pet died then they sent her a letter demanding $278.46!!!!
