I went in for an eye exam at the request of my neurologist for migraines. He just wanted to make sure there weren't any underlying issues with my vision. I was not in need of a new prescription....

I went for an eye exam, as it is Humana insurance approved ,as I have in the past.Unfortunately, titanium frames were not available. I had new eye-ware somewhere else. I questioned the new Rx so...
