HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would give them negative 5 stars if it were possible. Do not trust your loved ones to this company...unless you have no concern for the mental health of your elderly family...

Absolutely the worst experience ever. When you visit with your parent they provide a great show; however, when u enroll them it is a nightmare . O don't know how folks send their loved ones there....
