The facility is extremely clean. The owners are great and they respond in timely manner if you have any questions. I'm so happy that Lendrick's mentor Dr. Blake and DJ Dr. Blake's trainer...

Very great gym with great people. From the staff to the people on the gym everyone is very friendly and kind. I was definitely intimidated before going in but they were all friendly and welcoming....
