Florida Academy of Baking

The Florida Academy of Baking offers students of all skill levels a variety of options to take their baking and decorating skills to the next level. Learn everything from how to bake bread like grandma used to make, to the tips and tricks of decorating a cake like a professional- and best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make!Pastries, pies, gelato, tarts, cookies, entremets, and of course cakes and bread will all be demystified in our half-day and full-day classes and, if youre looking for something more in-depth, join one of our 4, 6 or 8-week courses on specific subjects. Classes are available at our custom-built, state-of-the-art facility in Satellite Beach with each student having their own fully equipped workstation. Along with the huge variety of bread, cake, and pastry baking and decorating classes, our guest tutors will provide unique classes from international cuisines including handmade pasta Caribbean, Japanese, South American, and Eastern European specialties.We will also host international guest instructors throughout the year that specialize in various baking, chocolate, and sugar art techniques. Just want a tasty, fun night out with your friends? We offer adult-only boozy bakes classes as well as a calendar full of mini-classes and guest demonstrations.Looking for a fun group activity or team-building experience? Our facility has space for classes from 10 to a maximum of 40 participants, contact us and we can customize a class just for you.
