Worse new patient visit experience ever! The appt was rushed. He spent about 10 minutes with me, then billed my insurance for a 40 minute visit. No physical exam performed. No vital measurements...

Dr. Flicker isn't there to collect your co pay and walk you out. He takes his practice seriously. The FDA limits how much of what can be dispensed. So yes you with 1 star rating. They don't fill...
