The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is the oldest and largest organization representing enlisted personnel of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, established in 1924. Its mission focuses on safeguarding the pay, benefits, and entitlements of active duty, reserve, and retired members of the Sea Services.

As a founding member of The Military Coalition, the FRA advocates for legislation that protects and enhances programs for military personnel, collectively representing over 5 million service members, veterans, and their families. Membership is open to all enlisted personnel and commissioned officers of the Sea Services with prior enlisted service.
