Don't use these people at all! It's taken 10 months for them to bring a part to fix our microwave. The part has "not arrived" every time it's the day of the appt. so they don't call or show up....

Tech diagnosed that my Dryer was unrepairable. He made this diagnosis by viewing the outside of my 2 1/2 year old dryer. He could not figure out where the vent was! It is a Ventless dryer....
