Terrible, awful, worst customer service. Grouchy rude woman answers phone, the $55 S/N are gone and they charge $199.00 now... Won't go out of my way to go there again.

People are very rude there. Save your money and get your cats fixed at the humane society or your vet. I took my kitten there to get neutered April 30th, 2022 and had to euthanize him yesterday...
