The "free" delivery system is so amazingly convenient. It's not exactly free because their prices are pretty high. However, you pay for your convenience.

Have an onsite person for at least core hours. I have questions for garments that required alterations. Also, I don't like not knowing the prices after I leave garments.

This was my first time using this company. I dropped off two jackets to be dry cleaned. One had a belt loop which they fixed during the dry cleaning process which was indeed very convenient......
