Nicole was absolutely useless. Couldn't give us the amount of money we needed despite having the money in our account. Thought that was bank was for was having your money ready when you needed....

We repeatedly run into issues with First Citizens Bank not repsonding to urgent emails concerning fraudulent activity on our accounts. It has been over 2 weeks now and there is still no resolution...
