Rafael Rivas-Vazquez, PsyD is a neuropsychologist specializing in the assessment of cognitive and behavioral dysfunction. He is board-certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Rivas-Vazquez has published multiple articles in medical and psychological journals and has lectured nationally and internationally. Since 1995, Dr. Rivas-Vazquez has been active in clinical research involving a wide range of neurologic and psychiatric disorders.

Perla Periut, MD is Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also board-certified in the Subspecialty of Vascular Neurology by the same board. She is Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Periut practices general neurology with empathy and attention to detail. She has a holistic approach to the needs of her patients. Her special interests include sleep medicine, spinal disorders, vertigo, stroke, neuropathies, headaches, and dementia.
