Good service. Was on site for bumper repair. My only thought is to expand the waiting area...it was very crowded from early am, through 2pm. Otherwise a pleasure.

my wife was treated unfairly by a service advisor name NANCY. very unprofessional and belittling to allow someone of such low appreciation and care to affect my day. BMW, this is unacceptable
