It happened a few times with Fedex now: we pay for priority overnight, shipment is out for delivery and it does not get delivered in the morning, noon, or afternoon....try again tomorrow. Delivery...

Business hours strictly enforced so don't show up at 7.01 pm! But if you make it on time they are super nice and helpful.
