Have been using this agency for my mom for over 2 yrs..the aides are great with her, the problem is lack of communication between office and clients. They do not let you know if staff cannot make...

Fly by night, hire incapable staff who dont want to work and not particularly caring. A few were great but taken away on other jobs/clients? Went through 8 workers at least, seems they dont last...
