I taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. Our current cat is disabled and requires a lot of aid. Yet they refused our adoption request because they don't find us responsible pet owners....

Refused to help me. Wouldnt even let me finish my sentence before rudely saying that they arent taking in any pets.
