Dawn Gwin is a licensed mortgage specialist covering the states of Florida and Kentucky as Producing Branch Manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Dawn is responsible for production of FHA, VA, jumbo, specialty, and conventional mortgage loans, beginning with origination of the loan and seeing it through closing.
