The FHC is a full service, community-based fair housing agency which provides comprehensive Fair Housing Services to residents throughout the State Of Florida. The FHC is a 501 ( c ) housing agency that advocates and pursues real enforcement of meritorious claims and carries out effective education and outreach campaigns designed to facilitate open housing opportunities for all people. The FHC works in partnership with Palm Beach County, and the Cities of West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach by providing mandated Fair Housing Services, thereby enabling them to meet their HUD mandated certification, under the Community Development Block Grant Program, to "Affirmatively Further Fair Housing". In addition, the FHC provides mediation services for the Town of Juno Beach.
