Jae is very good at what she does, only when she wants to do it! On numerous occasions she has left me waiting for my scheduled appointment while she talks on the phone for 20 minutes or more....

If I could give a -1 star, I would... I made my first appointment with Jae at 10a on a Saturday about a month ago. I show up 10 to 10a and the doors are locked. Weird, but ok. I waiting until...
