Expensive but worth it. Management is always prompt to assist when I need it. AC is always working and security is sound. The gate has never been broken when I've needed access ... usually...

The Gates are always broken and take forever to fix. They put a tiny sign on the keypad but by the time you see it you need to back up in order to exit the property.
