Lady behind desk was rude and lazy. When we finally got our room 45 minutes after 3 the room smelled. The air conditioner smelled so bad we had to spray the intake filter with body spray. We found...

This hotel was awful see ,I'm in a wheelchair & I had to stay overnight .This hotel pretty much lied& said my room was handicap friendly I couldn't even get my wheelchair into the bathroom.
