Board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over twenty years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner caring for both medical and mental health needs of my patients. I am passionate about providing individualize, holistic, non-judgmental, and affordable mental health care to all patients. Specializing in medication management and supportive counseling for patient's suffering from ADHD, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and substance use disorders.

I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have over 10 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse, both in outpatient and inpatient settings, working with patients across the lifespan. My desire is to help treat each individual based on their needs as a whole, keeping in mind that mental health and well being is just as important as our physical health. Together, we will find an appropriate plan for optimal health and balance, which may include proper sleep routines, nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, and medication therapy.
